Residents and businesses in a portion of the Lower Ninth Ward will experience low water pressure on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. while Command Construction Company, working for the Sewerage and Water Board, ties in new water lines in the area.
