Vendor Registration
On February 9, 2026, Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) moved to the Oracle Cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and implemented the new Oracle Supplier Portal system.
Registering for the Oracle Supplier Portal provides you with a self-service, secure, and real-time interface to manage transactions, update profiles, and communicate directly with buyers.
Key benefits include accelerated payments via online invoice submission, immediate access to purchase orders and shipping, and improved information accuracy.
If you are already doing business with SWBNO and have supplied your email address in January, you will receive a link to reset your password. DO NOT try to register again. Once the password is reset, you can create additional contacts in your profile, as necessary. Questions may be directed to vendor@swbno.com.
If you are already doing business with SWBNO and did not receive the "Welcome" email, you will need to email vendor@swbno.org to request an update to your profile. In doing so, you will need to provide a contact name(s) and an email address. As in example #1, please DO NOT try to register again.
If you are already doing business with SWBNO and did not receive the "Welcome" email, you should check the following:
- 1) Check your Spam email folder and mark the email as safe and/or
- 2) Check your IT Outlook software settings to see if it may have blocked the email completely. If it appears the email was blocked completely, work with your IT administrator to mark the emails as safe.
If you did not receive an email, then you may not be transferred to the New Supplier Portal. Please click on the New Supplier Registration link below to start the registration process.
