Cooper Contracting, working for Sewerage and Water Board, will perform waterline work this week. Residents, businesses and motorists are advised that Garfield Street from Calhoun to Henry Clay Street will be closed to traffic on Thursday and Friday, November 9th and 10th from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
