Cooper Construction Company, working for the Sewerage and Water Board, will perform sewer line work in the French Quarter. Residents, businesses and motorists are advised that Chartres Street from St Louis Street to Toulouse Street will be closed to traffic on Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
