Contractors working for the Sewerage and Water Board and the Corps of Engineers will tie in a water line. Jefferson Avenue (west side) from Pitt Street to Coliseum Street will experience low water pressure on Monday, March 14, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
