Our new online Customer Portal allows you to sign up for automatic monthly payments. AutoPay is easy, convenient, and a safe way to pay your Sewerage and Water Board bill. It saves you time and money - no checks to write, no stamps to buy! And it's safe.
Participating customers receive an itemized bill to review approximately 21 days before the payment is debited.
To enroll in AutoPay, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at myaccount.swbno.org
2. Click Payments in the left menu.
3. Click Edit on the far right.
4. Select the payment method you’d like to use from the dropdown.
5. Review the terms and conditions and select yes.
6. Save your automatic payment set-up.
