Residents,businesses and motorists in the Uptown area, French quarter, CBD, and Warehouse District will experience low water pressure on Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Traffic restrictions will also be in place at the intersection of Earhart Boulevard and Magnolia Street.
