Our Westbank Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sewer Pumping Stations on the Westbank are now back online utilizing Entergy power. All Drainage Pumping Stations are online and ready for any potential rain. 

Customers are now free to return to normal water usage. The Westbank Water Treatment Plant was not affected, customers do not need to boil their water.

We appreciate our Westbank customers for being mindful of their water and wastewater usage during this event and we are thankful to all teams who worked swiftly during this emergency.
