Downtown SWBNO Office Opens at Noon on Monday, Sept. 19. | Westbank Office Opens at 8:30 am | Call Center Remains Open for Emergencies

Due to an air conditioning repair, the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans' (SWBNO) downtown office at 625 St. Joseph Street will not open the morning of Monday, September 19. The main Customer Service Lobby and Customer Service Call Center for non-emergencies anticipate opening by noon.
Our emergency line remains staffed and available 24/7. To report leaks and other water-related emergencies, call 52-WATER, choose your language, and press 1. Water and sewer emergencies can also be reported using this form.
Customers needing immediate in-person assistance with their accounts should visit our Algiers Customer Center located at 4021 Behrman Place, Suite M-2. The center is only a 10 minute drive from downtown and offers free parking.
