Sewerage & Water Board Announces Customer Service Center Closures Due to Tropical Storm Barry

The Sewerage & Water Board (SWBNO) Customer Service Center is now closed and will remain closed through tomorrow, July 11, to give employees time to prepare for Tropical Storm Barry. Customers are encouraged to visit swbno.org to pay any outstanding bills. Regular business hours will resume Monday, July 15, pending weather impacts. As usual, our emergency hotline, 52-WATER, is open 24/7 to report any water emergencies.
All SWBNO essential personnel will remain on duty throughout the weather event and starting tomorrow, July 12 at 7 a.m., the SWBNO Emergency Operations Center will be fully activated and ready to respond to weather impacts.
