UPDATE: Traffic Lane Closure Through Friday, June 28 – Water Main Repair on S. Carrollton and Tulane Ave.

New Orleans – On Thursday, June 27, the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) will begin repairing a broken water main on the corner of South Carrollton Avenue and Tulane Avenue. The project will require the closure of the right two riverbound lanes on S. Carrollton Ave, starting at S. Carrollton and D’ Hemecourt Street through Tulane Ave.
Traffic lanes are exepected to reopen Friday afternoon.
During repairs and repaving, one lane will remain open, but residents are advised to expect delays.
