Becker Named General Superintendent Of Sewerage & Water Board

Joseph R. Becker , a 21-year employee of the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, has been named General Superintendent of the Board, replacing G. Joseph Sullivan, who is retiring after 36 years in the positioin.
