Hard Rock construction Company, working for the Department of Public Works, will perform infrastructure work. Residents and businesses on Conti Street from Royal Street to N. Rampart Street may experience low water pressure beginning at 4 a.m. on Monday through 12 noon on Tuesday, November 6th and 7th.
