Cooper Contracting Company, working for Sewerage and Water Board, will perform waterline work tomorrow. Residents, businesses and motorists are advised that the southbound side of Esplanade Avenue from Chartres to Royal Street will have one lane closed to traffic on Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
