B&K Construction Co., working for S&WB, will perform waterline work that will affect traffic flow for four months. Residents, businesses and motorists are advised that S. Claiborne Avenue between Hamilton and Monroe Streets will be reduced to two lanes of traffic for four months beginning October 2, 2017 at 6 a.m.
