Sewerage and Water Board Enters Into Modified Consent Decree

The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans announced today that it had entered into a Modified Consent Decree with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of Justice and other parties updating the existing decree which has been in force since 1998.
