Cooper construction, working for the SWB will perform waterline work and street restoration in the Uptown area. Carondelet Street from Valence Street to Cadiz Street will be closed to traffic on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
