Cooper Contracting, working for the Sewerage and Water Board will install a sewer house connection followed by street restoration. Residents, businesses and motorists are advised that Fulton Street from Julia Street to St. Joseph Street will be closed to traffic on 11-3 and 11-4 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
