Cooper Contracting, working for the SWB will perform waterline work in your area that will affect traffic flow. Residents, businesses and motorists are advised that Toledano Street from Carondelet Street to S. Charles Avenue will be closed to traffic on Thursday and Friday September 22-23-2016 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
