Emergency Sewer Repair – 6666 Argonne Boulevard

NEW ORLEANS – The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) on Tuesday, March 11, will be repairing a sewer main on Filmore Avenue. The project will require the closure of the 900 block of Filmore between Argonne Boulevard and Marshal Foch Street.
The closure will begin at 6:30 a.m. and crews will work to complete the repair and reopen the street as soon as possible. Traffic heading west on Filmore will be detoured to Robert E. Lee Boulevard via Argonne. Traffic heading east on Filmore will be detoured to Robert E. Lee via Canal Boulevard.
Please drive safely and avoid that area if at all possible.
