Kind of Work
Professional, supervisory and administrative work managing and leading supervisory teams in one of the following assigned functional areas:
(1) Customer Operations (Meter Reading, Plumbing Inspections, House Connections)
(2) Customer Service (Call Centers, Electronic Communications and In-Person Customer Service)
(3) Billing and Accounts Receivable (Revenue Collections, Billing Review& Adjustments, Hearings)
(4) Key Accounts Manager (Lead)
Work of these positions include planning, developing, and evaluating policies, programs, and procedures to ensure the most effective and efficient utilization of resources; and related work as required.
Minimum Qualifications
1. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
2 Five (5) years' experience in Call Center, Communication Centers, Billing and Accounts Receivable, Field Services or related Customer Service functions including two years' experience in a management or supervisory capacity.
3.Possession of a valid driver's license.

Kind of Examination
A rating of training and experience, weighted 100%. All related precious experience will be considered for qualification purposes; however credit on the rating and experience will only be given for experience gained within the last ten (10) years.
