Traffic Advisory: Temporary Partial Road Closure Riverbound on Martin Luther King at Magnolia

NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA — Beginning on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 8 a.m. the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans’ crews will temporarily close one lane of Riverbound traffic in the 2800 block of Martin Luther King Blvd. (S. Claiborne Ave. and Magnolia St.) with repair work and road restoration lasting until 4 p.m.
The roadway is expected to reopen on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at around 4 p.m. This closure is required for repairs to a 4” water main that runs along Martin Luther King Blvd. Public safety is our priority; signage will be in place to direct traffic.
