More than 3,400 customers have already taken advantage of Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans’ (SWBNO) special summer offer, which waives all late fees for customers who pay in full or enroll in a payment plan to address past-due water bills.
Since the program launched on June 1st, over 3,000 customers have signed up for flexible, interest-free PromisePay payment plans. An additional 400+ customers have paid off their balances in full—without the added burden of late fees.
Now through August 31st, SWBNO is waiving all late fees for residential, multi-family, and commercial customers who set up a payment plan. That means customers can catch up without extra charges—and without any interest.
