DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, August 14\, 2026\, Sewerage and Water Board of New 
 Orleans (SWBNO) contractor\, Hard Rock Construction\, will be performing a
  closure which will temporarily disrupt your water services. This closure 
 is part of the Southeast Louisiana Urban Flood Control (SELA) drainage imp
 rovement project. \n\n   \n\n  WHEN:  Friday\, August 14\, 2026\, from 8:0
 0AM &ndash\; 2:00PM \n\n  WHERE:   \n\n \n	 Indiana St from Amazon St to M
 emorial Park Dr \n	 Amazon St from Georgia St to Indiana St  \n \n\n   \n\
 n  When water is restored\, run your faucets for 5 minutes to flush out th
 e lines before resuming regular use.  \n\n   \n\n If water is not restored
  within one hour after end time\, please contact us at the email/phone num
 ber  \nbelow. \n\n   \n\n Gauges will be placed and monitored by a SWBNO c
 rew during the water valve closure. The procedure will be aborted\, and th
 e closure opened immediately if there are any unacceptable pressure losses
  during the closure or if any pressure gauge readings fall to 30psi.  \n\n
    \n\n If you are outside of the expected impact area and experience low 
 or no water pressure to report a water or sewer emergency anytime &ndash\;
