  a SWBNO crew during the water valve closure. The procedure will be aborte
 d\, and the closure opened immediately if there are any unacceptable press
 ure losses during the closure or if any pressure gauge readings fall to 30
 psi.       \n\n       If you are outside of the expected impact area and e
 xperience low or no water pressure to report a water or sewer emergency an
 ytime &ndash\; call 504-52-WATER\, choose your language option and press 1
