DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday\, October 6th\, 2026\, Sewerage and Water Board of N
 ew Orleans (SWBNO) crews will be performing a TEST water closure which wil
 l temporarily disrupt your water services to facilitate isolating the wate
 rmain on Willow St and Hillary St ahead of future repairs. The full water 
 closure will be scheduled at a later date.  \n\n  While no customers are a
 nticipated to lose water service entirely\, the Central Business District 
 may experience lower-than-normal water pressure during the test closure fo
 r approximately 30-45 minutes.  Water is scheduled to be turned back on im
 mediately after confirming the water main was successfully isolated. \n\n 
  WHEN:  Tuesday\, October 6th\, 2026\, beginning at 8:30AM you may experie
 nce lower-than-normal water pressure for approximately 30-45 minutes. \n\n
   WHERE:  \n-Central Business District Area \n\n  When water is restored\,
  run your faucets for 5 minutes to flush out the lines before resuming reg
 ular use.  \n\n If water is not restored within one hour after end time\, 
 please contact us at the email/phone number below. \n\n Gauges will be pla
 ced and monitored by a SWBNO crew during the water valve closure. The proc
 edure will be aborted\, and the closure opened immediately if there are an
 y unacceptable pressure losses during the closure or if any pressure gauge
  readings fall to 30psi. \n\n If you are outside of the expected impact ar
 ea and experience low or no water pressure to report a water or sewer emer
 gency anytime &ndash\; call 504-52-WATER\, choose your language option and
  press 1 for emergency. \n\n We appreciate your patience as we work to imp
