DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, October 30\, 2026\, Sewerage and Water Board of New
  Orleans (SWBNO) crews will be performing a TEST water closure which will 
 temporarily disrupt your water services to facilitate isolating the waterm
 ain at Pauger St and Duels St. The full water closure will be scheduled at
  a later date. While no customers are anticipated to lose water service en
 tirely\, all customers east of Elysian Fields Ave may experience lower-tha
 n-normal water pressure during the test closure for   approximately one ho
 ur  . Water is scheduled to be turned back on immediately after confirming
  the water main was successfully isolated. \n\n  WHEN : Friday\, October 3
 0\, 2026\, beginning at 8:30AM you may experience lower-than-normal water 
 pressure for  approximately one hour.  \n\n  WHERE:  Customers East of Ely
 sian Fields Ave \n\n When water is restored\, run your faucets for 5 minut
 es to flush out the lines before resuming regular use. \n\n If water is no
 t restored within one hour after end time\, please contact us at the email
 /phone number below. Gauges will be placed and monitored by a SWBNO crew d
 uring the water valve closure. The procedure will be aborted\, and the clo
 sure opened immediately if there are any unacceptable pressure losses duri
 ng the closure or if any pressure gauge readings fall to 30psi. \n\n If yo
 u are outside of the expected impact area and experience low or no water p
 ressure to report a water or sewer emergency anytime &ndash\; call 504-52-
