  WHERE:  \n-Felicity St from Magazine St to Chippewa St \n-St James St fro
 m Chippewa St to S Peters St \n\n   When water is restored\, run your fauc
 ets for 5 minutes to flush out the lines before resuming regular use.   \n
 \n If water is not restored within one hour after end time\, please contac
 t us at the email/phone number below. \n\n Gauges will be placed and monit
 ored by a SWBNO crew during the water valve closure. The procedure will be
  aborted\, and the closure opened immediately if there are any unacceptabl
 e pressure losses during the closure or if any pressure gauge readings fal
 l to 30psi. \n\n If you are outside of the expected impact area and experi
 ence low or no water pressure to report a water or sewer emergency anytime
