Napoleon Avenue Tree Removal

The Sewerage and Water Board and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are announcing that beginning November 12, 2013 crews will begin clearing trees and shrubs in the median of Napoleon Avenue from Carondelet Street to Laurel Street.
