Fleming Construction Co., working for the Sewerage and Water Board, will perform emergency waterline work in New Orleans East. Residents and businesses on Lake Forest Blvd. from Read Blvd. to Plaza Drive will experience low water pressure today from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. One lane of traffic will be closed in the work area.
