Cooper Contracting, working for the Sewerage and Water Board, will perform waterline work and street restoration in the Bywater Area. Residents, businesses and motorists are advised that Frenchmen Street from St. Claude Avenue to N. Rampart Street will be closed to traffic 1-16-17 and 1-17-17 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
