Cooper Contracting, working for the Sewerage and Water Board, will perform sewer line work that will affect traffic. Residents, businesses and motorists are advised that Fulton Street from Julia Street to St. Joseph Street will be closed to traffic on November 1-2,2016 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. Detour will be posted
