We're improving your water system. Vinson Construction Company, working for the RTA will cut and cap a water line in the area. Residents and businesses on Canal Street at the intersection of North and South Rampart Streets may experience low water pressure on Thursday, October 13, 2016 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
