Homes and Businesses in Chef Area,Venetian Isles Could Experience Water Outages, Low Pressure During Repairs

Homes and businesses in parts of the Chef Menteur Highway area and Venetian Isles will experience low water pressure or loss of water service from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday while the Sewerage and Water Board repairs fire hydrants in the area.

The affected areas include all of Venetian Isles and Chef Highway from Industrial Park to Fort Macomb Road.

Notifications have been made to homes and businesses in the area and the New Orleans Fire Department has been made aware of the situation.
