A slide presentation, narrated by S&WB Executive Director Marcia St. Martin, was shown as part of five public hearings on water rates conducted between May 31 and June 3 by The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans.

The presentation is provided here, on our website, for the convenience of customers who were unable to attend the hearings.

The sessions covered proposed water rate increases detailed in a "Report on Revenue Requirements, Costs of Services and Rates for Water Services," prepared on behalf of the Board by Black & Veatch, water rate consultants.

They also provided an overview of the water system and its needs, information on rates and a presentation on the Black & Veatch report.
