Sewerage & Water Board Will Hold Two Community Meetings On Water Rates

The Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans will conduct
two community meetings on proposed water rate
increases--one in Algiers and one on the East Bank.
The Board will provide an overview on the water
system and its needs, information on a proposed rate
schedule and a presentation on a report prepared
on behalf of the Board by Black & Veatch, water rate
consultants.
