South Claiborne Avenue Traffic Diversions

S.Claiborne Avenue outbound (west bound) traffic will be reduced to two lanes from Toledano to General Pershing. The inside neutral ground will be closed for construction operations. No left turns to proceed river bound on Louisiana Avenue will be allowed.

S. Claiborne Avenue inbound (east bound) traffic will be reduced to two lanes from General Pershing to Toledano with traffic being diverted to a shoo-fly (temporary lanes in the neutral ground) at Louisiana Avenue. The inside neutral ground lane will be closed for construction operations. No left turns to proceed lake bound on Louisiana Parkway will be allowed.

Inbound S. Claiborne traffic will be allowed to turn right to proceed river bound on Louisiana Avenue. Outbound S. Claiborne traffic will be allowed to right to proceed lake bound on Louisiana Parkway.

Lake bound and river bound traffic on Louisiana Avenue will not be allowed to cross S. Claiborne Avenue.
